Credits are our platform’s virtual currency. Each AI chat consumes 10 Credits. You can get more credits by purchasing a plan.
Do Credits expire?
Monthly plan credits reset at the next billing cycle; annual plan credits are valid for one year. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you can keep using your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Which payment methods are supported?
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank cards, processed securely via creem.io.
